If one has a bent for Yoga then it is always a good idea to pursue a Diploma or graduation in Yoga after class 12thv. A Diploma course takes a little time (1-2 years) and is more on training or practical experience, a graduation course takes more time (3-4 years) and more on knowledge and theory. undefined
