You will have to keep checking the official websites, although mostly depending upon the universities the notices come in the months of march/april. Maybe this year since other notification are coming early it may also come early.

No, you will have to complete B.Sc. Geography first. Better pursue Masters in your own subjects. You will have to go through the prospectus of the course provided by the college to know more about the admission procedure, fees, eligibility etc.
