MCA Eligibility"
Any graduate who has passed or appearing for the final year UG examination in any discipline (Science, Commerce, Arts, and Engineering) is eligible to apply. Candidates must have mathematics as a subject in their 10+2 course or any one year of graduation. If you have maths in class 12 then you can apply.

Not sure you are talking about which test and colleges. I can give you the list of colleges like:
St. Stephen's College, Loyola College, Fergusson College, Lovely Professional University, etc.
Just check the cut-off.

M.Sc. Zoology eligibility:
*The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised school or board in India.
*The candidate must have passed B.sc/B.sc (Hons) Zoology with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university.
*Candidates who have passed B.sc/ B.A in Medical and Allied Medical Sciences/ Biosciences/ Life sciences with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university are also eligible to apply.
