No one can tell about it before the time but I will prefer you to see previous cut offs and then make a decision yourself. For your information, if you have 75+ % in sc/ st then you will get it. For general/OBC, it should be around/above 85+%. Hope you will get it.

Yes, you can apply for B.Sc in zoology with these percent marks in the 12th class. So, you should definitely apply for this course.

Eligiblity Criteria for Ph. D. Program
A candidate for admission to the degree of Ph.D. in any of the Faculties must have obtained the Masters degree with first class or at least 55% marks (CGPA 5.5 - 6 in a scale of 10) at Post-graduate examination and second division at the degree examination of the University or of another University recognized as equivalent thereto for General Category and 50% in UG and PG for SC / ST candidates

No, there is no such entrance exam for B.Sc. Zoology. The admission criteria is based on marks of 10+2 and for that, the minimum eligibility is 55%.
