Although you are eligible to take admission, it will be difficult to reach the cut-off. As the cut-off for B.Sc in zoology goes high at MSU. So, you should apply and wait for the last round.

The entrance test will be common for both M.Sc Zoology and M.Sc genetics. You will be allocated these courses as per your score in the entrance exam.

As per my experience, I would suggest M.Sc in Microbiology because it has a vast scope of anyone is really interested to do something in his or her life.
