Hi Yang,
You can always pursue your hobbies or professional courses while you are studying or involved in research. If you are serious about your profession you should very well enhance your skills through such a course. You may look for wildlife photography courses which you could pursue with your studies. I believe you have answer to how you can pursue your studies abroad. Check university websites for requirements and prepare. Email the universities about additional courses like photography which you could pursue. Add-on courses are offered by universities abroad, you just need to research well. Check this:

Hi Yang,
The universities abroad have their scholarship programs. Scholarships are mostly given to meritorious students, so you need to be very good in your studies as well as your extra-curricular. The basic requirements include taking IELTS/ TOEFL, GRE (Optional), submission of reference letters, statement of purpose and so on.
Good luck.

Hi priyanshu,
Clinical research is a good option.
Clinical research is the study of health and illness in people. It is the way we learn how to prevent, diagnose and treat illness.
Clinical research describes many different elements of scientific investigation. Simply put, it involves human participants and helps translate basic research (done in labs) into new treatments and information to benefit patients. Clinical trials as well as research in epidemiology, physiology and pathophysiology, health services, education, outcomes and mental health can all fall under the clinical research umbrella.
Thanks.
