It totally depends on you. If you think that you will go in the teaching line, then you must do B.Ed after B.Sc, but if you want to do research opt for M.Sc.

Go with M.Sc. in HR or environment management. Management line has more scope as compared to M.Sc. in science stream.

There are many courses but the best one at this level would be M.Sc in zoology. After which you can look forward for Ph.D or various other options which will enhance your knowledge and capabilities and warranty you a better future.

Find a research orientation first. Good jobs are always delayed. Without Ph.D., you can't go very far. With Ph.D., you can get a government job, in colleges.
