The criteria is that you must have completed your class 12th with 60% aggregate and 75% to 85% in your honors subject (Zoology, botany and chemistry). Zoology honors need 60% marks in chemistry.

Zoology is mostly related to animals where as agriculture is for plants n crops. You need to decide whether you are interested in handling blood and flesh or not. Both the subjects have their own benefits. Currently in India, agriculture has good prospects.

CBI stands for the Central Bureau of Investigation. That is the central governing body that investigates the Scams related to all fields.
Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility to join CBI in the assistant grade is a Bachelors degree from a recognised university.
Age:
The minimum eligible age, to write combined graduate level examination, is 20 years wheras, the maximum age limit is 27 years with relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.
