Yes, you can do an M.Sc. In microbiology after a B.Sc. (honors) in Zoology. To pursue an M.Sc. In microbiology, most colleges simply require that you hold a Bachelor's degree in Science. Few colleges may require you to have at least a 50% grade point average in your graduate degree. M.Sc. In Zoology is a full-time two-year postgraduate programme and it is offered by the University of Kashmir, Srinagar. Candidate who has passed Bachelor degree of 3 years duration B.Sc.
