Step 1: Application Process

AIIMS admission is mainly entrance-based. Eligible candidates seeking admission need to apply for the respective entrance exams before the deadline. They need to complete the unique Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR). They have to appear for respective entrance exam as per schedule. Details are given below:

Step 2: Choice-filling

Candidates need to log in to the centralized AIIMS counselling system using exam roll number and enter target branches, specialties, or campuses as trial choices. Mock results are released to show a dummy seat allotment based on the current competition. Candidates can rearrange preferences before finally locking choice sequence.

Step 3: Seat Allocation & Admission Confirmation

Candidates who are alloted a seat can either accept allocated seat and opt-out of further rounds or accept seat and opt-in for an upgrade in the next round. Step 1: NEET Registration

Aspirants need to register online for the NEET UG exam on the NTA NEET website. The NEET UG application fee is INR 1,700 for General candidates, INR 1,600 for General-EWS and OBC-NCL candidates, INR 1,000 for SC/ST/PwBD/ Third Gender candidates, and INR 9,500 for all candidates choosing an exam centre outside India.
