AKS University offers BSc in full-time offline mode. This means that students have to commit certain hours for the course at the university campus in Satna. The classes and exams take place during weekdays on the university campus. Candidates travelling to Satna can look for hostel accommodation in the university or look for accommodation in the city.

AKS University is a private institute providing various undergraduate, postgraduate and P.HD courses in different streams.  University was established in 2011 in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. University is approved by  AICTE, ICAR, NCTE, PCI, and DGMS . The eligibility criteria differs from course to course and some courses have entrance exams, such as JEE Main, SLET, NET, GPAT, MPPET etc. If a candidate has qualifying marks in anyone of these entrance exams and average marks in their academics they can easily get into AKM university. 

The total tuition fees for AKS University BSc are INR 84,000 to INR 4.4 lakh. The range depends on the course chosen by the candidate as the duration and requirements of each course are different. Candidates also get merit scholarships as fee waivers as per the course or merit they have secured.

The tuition fees are exclusive of additional costs incurred while studying at the university, such as hostel fees, registration fees, extramural costs etc. Students have to pay the whole tuition fees over six to eight semesters as per the requirements of the course.

Not all the courses of AKS University requires MAT appearence as an eligibility criteria for admission. While only MBA partially requires a MAT assesment, B.Tech, Polytechnic, B.Sc, M. Tech, and B.A. does not require so, but they do have other eligibility criterias. For MBA it is not even mandatory, one can also get admitted to the degree through other competitive exams like CUET PG. Even one can enroll to other courses through GATE, GPAT, NET, SLAT etc., depending upon the programme one wants to pursue from the university. 

AKS University admissions are primarily entrance-based. The university considers CUET-UG and CUET-PG score for admission to most of the UG and PG programmes. For PhD, AKS conducts an entrance exam for shortlisting candidates. Selected candidates who have qualified CUET and CUET-PG are required to participate in the exam counselling. For PhD, aspirants need to participate in the university-level counselling followed by document verification.
