Absolutely supportive, the faculty pays more attention to students.

Placements: Being enrolled at APG, I had the opportunity to intern with the district court, high court, and private law firms. I could say our entire class got internships at the end of every semester, as it was a course requirement to do so. I'm glad I did all those internships because they prepared me.

Infrastructure: I can't really say a lot about hostels as I was staying in a rented apartment, but my friends who stayed in the hostel compliment the living situation of the hostels. The hostels take appropriate procedures regarding who enters and who doesn't inside the hostel, and for what purpose.

Faculty: Law department has the most amazing faculty, very supportive, and I'm quite grateful that I had the opportunity of learning from the best individuals like Dr Amandeep Chauhan, my mentor, Ms. Monica Thakur, Dr Bhawna Verma, Proof. Ranjeeta Keyshap and Ritu Panta. I'm ready for what is waiting for me in the other world. They encouraged us to aim for the best, so we studied hard to get good grades. My heart is full of gratitude.

Other: I chose this course because I want to contribute more towards the legal system of my country and be the voice of those who have been silenced. For now, I'd say they could offer more scholarships to international students on the basis of academic excellence, as well as provide academic prizes. During my five years at APG, I did a lot, participated in Moot courts and debates, and joined almost every event that took place.

Its good, it had excellent environment for studying.

Placements: Placement had been highly varying for each course, but as per the international student, a lot of them had been able to be placed in a lot of companies in their respective countries, and that alone had been a story of success. Local students had also seen a sharp increase in placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure needs improvement. I find the library to be stunning and most of the classrooms as well, but my suggestion would be to modernize the classrooms to properly function as a state of the art institution. The environment of the school was really something that stands out. You can not compare it to anything. I believe its very quiet and very refreshing.

Faculty: Teachers, especially those in my department, were very helpful and kind to students during the academic period. An international student had enjoyed the warm assistance from the lecturers and their commitment, ensuring that we excel after the programme completion.

Other: I loved my time in Shimla, it was really good. They could do something with infrastructure by improving it to a higher standard.

Discipline is very important in this college.

Placements: From the 9th semester, companies started coming and recruitment started from that point. The highest was 14 Lacs and the lowest was 5 Lacs. The college shows 100% placement but there are also flaws in this. I want to get placed after my degree so I am trying off-campus placement.

Infrastructure: Our university has a hostel which is a shared room. Around our campus, there are many Pgs also. The pgs cost around 6000 rupees per month. It includes the necessary eating things and pockets money. The room of the hostel is quite big for two students to stay. Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year External Expenses: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000.

Faculty: I wanted to become a lawyer and specialize in the field of finance. The teacher-student ratio is pretty bad as there are 250 students in one batch and barely 10-15 teachers. The teaching faculty is pretty qualified as many of them are Ph.D. holders but sadly not many of them are good teachers. The method of teaching is very old and, moreover very theoretical which makes it difficult for the students to be ready for the current job market. Exams are held twice a year, semester and they are pretty easy to pass. Questions generally are repeated every year. Class size is 56 course fees is INR 100000 per year.

Infrastructure: The university provides a well-furnished campus and hostel facilities with all suitable equipment and accessories, along with 24-hour medical facilities available. The campus is located in the lap of the Himalayas, where nature nurtures young minds.

Faculty: The best part of the university is faculty members, who support you all the time. Here, education is not the only purpose, but also extracurricular activities that help students build a strong future in their careers. It is best for students who have special talents.

Other: Here, the campus is free of ragging and other activities. Students are very supportive and helpful. The evenings here are the best part of the education.
