Also the category seats are converted into general if there is no eligible category candidate.All the eligible candidates are called for this round. All the student who qualify the exams can be eligible for counselling.
It is offline counseling so you have to go AIIMS Bhubaneswar. On the day of counselling first you will mark your attendance and get your documents verified. Then they will make a rank sheet of whoever has come up for counselling.You will be then seated in an auditorium with vacancies displayed on the screen.One by one rank wise candidates will be called up on stage and there you'll pick up whatever you want from the pool of seats.You have to bring your original documents to the counseling or demand draft of something 1 Lacs rupee. So if you have joined somewhere you will have to resign and come with all the originals.If you pick up a seat in this round it is considered as ‘confirmed seat’, the Vacancy is then closed for that session and you are liable to pay the bond of some amount of money ( I don't the numbers exactly may be 3 Lacs ).
Generally 50 seats (UR) are left for open round counseling so if you getting rank under 2500 then you must go for open round, you might have good chance . Even from this year number of seats increased so closing rank may extend to 3000 to 3200 .
Even after open round if some seats are still left vacant then college do spot counseling which is the last chance to get admission, but don't depend on this .

Yes, you can get admission to AIIMS Bhubaneswar for B.Sc with 60% marks in class 12th. If you passed your 12th class with the subjects Biology, Physics, Chemistry and English with more than 50% marks in each subject and overall more than 60% marks then you are eligible. You just need to apply for NEET examination (paramedical ) and must have to score well to come into the merit list. No, AIIMS Bhubaneswar not accept scores of NEET for admission in MD Hospital Administration. INICET (INstitute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test) is the Common entrance exam for MD/MS/MCh/DM courses at AIIMS and other prestigious private medical colleges in India.

To get admission at AIIMS BHUBANESWAR, you have to work really hard and score very well in NEET Examination. To get MBBS at AIIMS BHUBANESWAR, you have to secure rank between 1000 to 1500 in NEET to be on safer side. These ranks are for general category. Reserved category requires lower marks .
