Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at AIIMS Bhopal is a 66 months course at the UG level.The course offers admission to 125. To get admitted to AIIMS Bhopal Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) course, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 60% in 12th. However, For admission to MBBS programmes provided by several AIIMS institutes across India, including AIIMS Bhopal, candidates must pass the national-level AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam, which is administered by AIIMS, New Delhi. The test evaluates the candidates' understanding of general knowledge, physics, chemistry, and biology. For admission to its MBBS program, AIIMS Bhopal normally does not accept results from other entrance tests, such as NEET, other from the AIIMS MBBS Entrance Exam. To obtain the most accurate and current information about entrance exam requirements for admission to AIIMS, prospective students are recommended to consult the official website.

Candidates need minimum 60% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ST/PwD candidates) in PCB in Class 12 to be eligible for AIIMS Bhopal MBBS admission. Also, the candidate must be at least 17 years old on or before 31st December of the admission year to apply for admission.
