To apply for the UPSC Civil Services Exam (CSE), you have to be an Indian citizen, with a Bachelor degree of any recognised university (minimum percentage of marks is not applicable), who are also aged between 21 and 32 years as of August 1 st of that year of the exam, and age relaxation would apply to OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years). To study a B.A. course in Allahabad University, you should have completed an Intermediate (10+2) examination or one which is equivalent of any board of studies without having any particular stream. Your CUET (Common University Entrance Test) performance is the sole basis in admission and then there is the counselling of the university.
