For admission to BTech courses at Amity University Kolkata, candidates are required to qualify for the general eligibility criteria first, which that states- candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum mark of 55% in the PCM/ PCB stream. Then, candidates are required to appear in any one of the entrance examinations from CUET/ JEE Mains/ Amity JEE. Note: Candidates with 80% and above aggregate in Class 12 (CBSE/ ISC/ State-Boards) are exempted from the selection process.

A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology with at least 55% aggregate is required to apply for a BTech course. Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with PCM/ Biology with at least 55% aggregate can apply for BTech in Biotechnology. Yes, candidates passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to BTech course at Amity University Kolkata. Such candidates do not have appear for any entrance exam and can directly participate in document verification. Aspirants who are not eligible for direct admission have to pass CUET UG/ JEE Main/ Amity JEE. For BTech Biotechnology, candidates can apply with a NEET score also.

A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology with at least 50% aggregate is required to apply for a BSc course. Those passing Class 12 with at least 80% aggregate are eligible for direct admission to the BSc course. Otherwise, candidates are required to get valid scores in CUET.
