Aspirants do not need to qualify entrance exam for admission to RICS School of Built Environment BBA programme. Students selected for scholarship can continue it in second and further years of the course as per the scholarship policy. Scholarship students must secure position in top 5% of the merit list for the course to continue the scholarship. RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University offers UG and PG programmes such as BBA, MBA, PGD, and PhD to aspirants willing to work in the Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure sectors. Aspirants have to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for UG courses whereas, graduation is required for PG programmes.

RICS School of Built Environment offers one-year PG Diploma in Facilities Management. Candidates who have passed graduation with at least 50% aggregate can apply for the PG Diploma course. The selection for PG Diploma is based on merit of the candidates in the last qualifying exam.
