Overall, it's fine, but the thing is, you need to be focused.
Placements: Around 40 to 50 percent of students are placed where the highest package is 40 LPA, the lowest package is around 5 LPA-6 LPA, and the average package is 9 LPA. Many got internships, the internship achievements purely depend on us, because according to our grades, only we can choose.
Infrastructure: The ECE department does have labs, but the working equipment is only available. Up to 80 percent, and the classrooms do have good infrastructure. Wi-Fi in the college is good, and it is free. The food here is fine, and non-vegetarian food is not allowed or available in the mess, but available in the cafeteria.
Faculty: The curriculum is good, and it goes smoothly. The teaching staff is good, and many of them try to make a more applicable way of approaching through assignments, and the faculty helps personally if you didn't understand anything. The semester exams are moderate.
Other: Nowadays, silicon chips are growing, with the major role being from ECE.

It's good according to rules and discipline. But I personally don't think it's worth paying.
Placements: 60-70 percent of students who scored above 7.5 CGPA get placed in our department. Since AI is blooming, opportunities are better than in other branches. To my knowledge, only a few students got internships, and they are not paid internships. Top recruiting companies visit our college for placements.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi connection in this college is not that good. The hostel infrastructure is not upto the mark. The quality of food is not great. Medical facilities are just average. The mess food is highly dissatisfying. Even rooms are just average, according to me.
Faculty: Many teachers are helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant enough. Semester exams are mostly project-based in our department. They do provide the knowledge they have. They will guide us throughout our project.

Infrastructure and faculty are good.
Placements: I will complete my B.Tech in 2029. Coming to jobs basically depends on us, somewhat top in Amrita to be top, so we must work hard for placement. Life is very hard, we have to fight until we succeed. Coming to my course is basically to gain more knowledge than packages.
Infrastructure: Hostel food is average even the canteen food is average. There is a rule that only cash system is in college canteen. College is good but coming to food I am really very unhappy. We have to struggle for 4 years, but other facilities are really good apart from food.
Faculty: Teachers are really good, highly qualified, and more knowledgeable. My course robotics and AI is somewhat different from all courses. But if we have interest, we can choose, and studies depend on us. Coming to CGPA, we have work very hard and try to be happy.
Other: Choose B.Tech only if you are really interested. Please choose the course that you like.

Good college with decent placements and supportive faculty
Placements: Placements in our college are above average. Around 65–70 percent of students get placed from our batch. The highest package is about 8 LPA, the average package is 3–4 LPA, and the lowest package is around 2 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys visit the campus. The roles offered are mostly software and support-based.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good and useful for daily study. Classrooms are clean, labs have the required computers, and Wi-Fi works most of the time. The library is peaceful for self-study. Hostel rooms are okay. The food is average but manageable. Medical and sports facilities are available for students.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful and well-qualified. Most teachers explain concepts clearly and clear doubts after class. The curriculum is relevant and provides basic technical knowledge. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but if we study regularly, they are easy to pass. The overall pass percentage is good.
Other: Outing time should be extended because the campus is far from the city.

Detailed and unfiltered review of Amrita University, Bangalore.
Placements: Placements are decent, but more than corporate placement opportunities, research and foreign exchange studies are better. Placements are good in CSE and CSE AI. The average is around 12–15 LPA, but they are lower in branches like Robotics and Mechanical.
Infrastructure: Hostels are very good at Amrita University Bangalore. Rooms are large enough for four students, which does not make it difficult because rooms have enough space. The campus is located in Bangalore, so it is not as large as it is seen in movies.
Faculty: Faculty members are good in my branch but not very supportive in other branches, from what I have heard, but you can manage easily. The curriculum is very well designed compared to many top colleges in the country. Exams are conducted every semester, including mid-semester exams, quizzes, and lab exams.
Other: Come to campus with an open mind to learn multiple things, and do not just focus on placements.

You should prefer Amrita Bangalore for B.Tech.
Placements: Do not choose this college if your only goal is placements, because placements are average at Amrita. Computer Science and AI branches are getting the best placements, but the lower branches are struggling with it. Many top companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, etc., visit the campus.
Infrastructure: Hostels are good, and very spacious rooms are available. Each room is 4 sharing, but it doesn't cause any difficulty as the rooms are large enough. The infrastructure of the college is good enough, but it feels a little small but you have to keep in mind it is in Bangalore.
Faculty: Exams are conducted regularly, including mid-semester exams, end-semester exams, quizzes, presentations, and lab evaluations. Faculty members are good, but you don't expect the same behaviour from everyone, all branches have some good and non-likable personalities. The curriculum is very well designed.
Other: Just follow the instructions passed by the faculty advisory, and you will have a chill 4 years.

No, Amrita School of Engineering Bengaluru admissions are not merit-based. The institute mainly accepts students based on valid scores in accepted entrance exams. Students can submit JEE Mains/ GATE scores or appear for AEEE.
