Apex University Scholarships and Funding
University offers various scholarships which are as follows:
Academic / Merit Scholarship:
Apex University, Jaipur offers academic / merit scholarships to students pursuing Diploma / UG / PG programs. The scholarships are based on performance in Class XII /Diploma/Graduation (or equivalent). Scholarships for achievers with 60% and above marks in the qualifying Examination duly recognized by the Government authorized Boards/Councils/Universities are as follows:
Candidates who have scored 100% in qualifying exam will get 100% Tuition fee waiver.
Candidates who have scored 95% to 99.9% in qualifying exam will get 50% Tuition fee waiver.
Candidates who have scored 90% to 94.9% in qualifying exam will get 30% Tuition fee waiver.
Candidates who have scored 75% to 89.9% in qualifying exam will get 20% Tuition fee waiver.
Candidates who have scored 60% to 74.9% in qualifying exam will get 10% Tuition fee waiver.
Apex Sports Scholarship:
This Sports Scholarship shall be awarded to such students who have played /represented at State or National level games. And shall be Awarded scholarship only after due verification of their Sports Certificates / Testimonials by Head, Physical Education Department. The category of sports scholarship is presented in the following table: -
Candidates who have National Level Sports Certificate will get 10% Scholarships of course fee.
Candidates who have State Level Sports Certificate will get 5% Scholarships of course fee.
Note: The sports scholarship shall be awarded to the students admitted ONLY under sports category at Diploma/UG / PG courses / programs run by Apex University /Group Institutes of Apex until completion of their course / program.
Early Bird Scholarship:
Scholarship of 10 % on EBR in 1st year course fee shall be paid to all such students who gets registered in the course / program offered by Apex University/Apex Foundation before 31stJuly 2022 and have paid the complete 1st installment fee on or before 31st July 2022.
• To avail academic / merit scholarship for the subsequent years /semesters, the eligible students will
have to adhere to the following conditions;
1. 75% of academic attendance is required to be maintained in all academic sessions (Theory & Practical).
2. The students will have to pass in all the papers in first attempt in all the exams during the entire duration of the course /program and there should NOT be any Back Paper.
3. Students should not have involved in any in-disciplinary activity and have not been subjected to disciplinary action at any point of time during the entire course / program.
4. From Second Year onwards, the Academic/Merit Scholarship amount will be paid / adjusted in the 2nd installment fee in the even Semester only after the timely deposition of the prescribed annual fee & filling of the prescribed Registration Form.
5. The right to claim for scholarship will cease to exist and cannot be carried forward in case of noncompliance to the above laid pre conditions at any point of time during the entire duration of the course / program.

Yes, Apex University provides scholarships of upto 100% to students enrolled in its BA courses. Students can get a fee waiver of 100% in one of the following ways:
- Apex Shiksha Surakha Yojana: Students who have lost their earning parent in any unfortunate event is offered a 100% scholarship on the course fee.
- Academic/Merit Scholarship: Students who have scored 100% in Class 12 or equivalent examination are eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver.
Apex University's MBA is a two-year, postgraduate degree programme. The total fee for the two-year programme is INR 2.8 lakh. It has been calcuated based on the annual fee of INR 1.4 Lacs as mentioned on the university's official website. In addition to the programme fee, candidates may have to pay certain one-time fees at the time of admission. The university also provides scholarships on the tuition fee. It must be noted that the mentioned fee is sourced from the official website of the university/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.
Yes, Apex University provides scholarships of up to 100% to BPharma students. Students who have lost their earning parent in any unfortunate event is offered a 100% scholarship on the course fee under the university's Apex Shiksha Surakha Yojana. The university also provides academic/merit scholarship to students in the form of tuition fee waiver. The basis of this scholarship for BPharma students is their Class 12 merit. To be eligible for a 100% tuition fee waiver, candidates must have scored 100% in Class 12. The following table presents the scholarship rates depending on the Class 12 merit of BPharma students:
