The School of Management and Commerce, BBAU  comprises the following Departments.Management Studies CommerceInitially, the School for Management Studies was established in the Year’2010 with the Department of Rural Management offering Master Course in Rural Management, MBA (Rural Management). Subsequently, Ph.D in Management, MBA (FM, HR, MKTG), M.Phil. in Management, BBA and B.Com (Hons) programmes were added to the School for Management Studies. In the year, August’2020, the name of the School was restructured as School of Management and Commerce. No matter how much a student secures in Class 12, BBAU Lucknow, while shortlisting candidates for MBA follows a normalization process and gives weightage to all exam scores, i.e., Class 10, Class 12 or graduation. The process of normalisation is explained below:For Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University MBA admission 2023, a shortlist will be prepared comprising the names of candidates who have secured a pre-determined minimum score on all sections of CAT 2023 exam.All the subsequent processing, standardization and selection are limited to candidates selected to the first short list alone. It is not possible to join BBAU Lucknow directly after Class 12 since the institute offers full-time postgraduate level programmes in the field of Management. However, a student who has completed his/ her Class 12 can complete the final graduation and then look out for admission to BBAU Lucknow.MBA admissions 2025-27 are closed now. A total of six full-time MBA specialisations are offered at BBAU, i.e., Rural Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, HRM, Innovation Entrepreneurship and venture Development, Defence Studies and Strategic Management and Rural Management. The University offers a full-time MBA course at the postgraduate level that is MBA in Rural Management. BBAU Lucknow MBA admission is done on the basis of the BBAU PG entrance exam.
