ICAR CUET UG scores are compulsory for admission to BTech courses at Central Agricultural University. However, all seven North Eastern States under the jurisdiction of CAU (Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya,  Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura) are allowed to get admitted to CAU Imphal.Candidates can approach the respective state departments of Agriculture, Horticulture, Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry for state Nomination.

The College of Agriculture, Pasighat, Arunachal Pradesh (CAU) offers admission to the B.Sc. in Agriculture course based on the marks obtained in the CUET (ICAR-UG) 2024 examination conducted by NTA and the candidate must have passed higher secondary (10+2) with minimum 50% aggregate in PCB/PCMB/PCM/Inter-Agriculture.

The eligibility to secure an admission in the Central Agricultural University is determined by your ICAR AIEEA rank and category. Aspiring student who falls in the general category could require about 3000-5000 rank in UG courses. The cutoffs of the reserved categories are normally low.
