No, it won't be possible. You need to apply in the 1st year, and even if you plan to take admission in 2nd year, firstly you need to clear your backlogs only then admission is possible.

BA graduates do plenty of things with their lives:
1. They appear for government jobs: Banking jobs, SSC Railway and even civil services. They appear for almost every exam.
2. They go for Law (LLB): Many want to become a lawyer. Humanities study give them edge also. Many lawyers and judges have arts background before law.
3. Some also go for MBA: Arts background students have edge in CAT exams as IIMs looking for diversity. Many arts students try management also mostly in Marketing and HR which are less quant heavy.
4. Majority go for higher studies in their respective fields: A BA in history will go for MA in history and then either a teaching position or a lecturer position in colleges.
5. Teaching career: Arts students mostly B.Ed or PhD and go for teaching career either in school or in university.
6. Journalism as a career: A chunk of population also chooses this field. Many top journalists have arts background.
7. Social work / Social Entrepreneurship: Humanity studies make them socially aware. They know the problems of society. Thus many choose to work in NGOs and some open their own.

Contact the University personally. They will help you. However, it is pretty long time since 2007. So, I am unsure about it.

Hi Varun,
I don't think there is any such provision after your details have been submitted. Still, I would advise you to contact the university directly to get your doubts cleared.
