Yes, as the UPCET exam was scrapped in 2022. Now JEE Mains is accepted. Further, admission can be done through counselling conducted by Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). Further, the seat allotment for vacant seats shall be done on a merit basis after the conclusion of state-level counselling. Additionally, admissions under lateral entries in BTech (against the vacant seats after counselling) will be done on the basis of the merit of the corresponding exam related to the eligibility criterion.

Q:   How can I get admission in CCS University?
A: 

CCSU admission to UG and PG courses is both merit and entrance-based. Aspirants need to follow the below steps to get a seat in CCS University:

STEP 1: CCSU Application Process 2025

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for any of the CCSU courses. Aspirants need to apply with an entrance exam fee of INR 700 (INR 500 for SC/ ST) for M.Ed and LLM courses.

STEP 2: Selection/ Entrance Exam

After the completion of the registration process, candidates can move on to the selection process. CCSU selects candidates for LLM and M.Ed programme based on the entrance exam conducted by the university. Apart from these, the university accepts national-level entrance exams or provide admission based on merit in the last qualifying exam.

STEP 3: Result & Merit List

After the completion of the selection rounds, CCS University release the result. The university also releases merit list announcing the names of the shortlisted candidates. 

STEP 4: Counselling & Document Verification

After completion of the selection rounds, CCSU releases merit list. The university releases the merit list between July and August with the names of the shortlisted aspirants. Further, selected aspirants need to pay a course fee to confirm their seat in the university. Shortlisted aspirants must appear before the admission committee along with the original and photocopy of the below documents for verification:

  • Copy of online registration form
  • Copy of online offer letter
  • Copy of entrance exam result
  • Copy of high school marksheet and certificate
  • Copy of intermediate marksheet and certificate
  • Photocopy of graduation marksheet
  • Copy of caste certificate

A: 

No, CCSU is not a participating university of CUET. As UPCET is scrapped, CUET-PG exam score and counselling is considered for admission to MBA and MCA courses. The admission process includes the application process, selection round, cutoff, merit list or counselling and other steps.CCS University admission is merit-based for all UG except BTech, diploma, PG and certificate courses. The university conducts an entrance exam for admission to M.Ed and LLM. For admission in B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed., there will be no entrance exam.

Placements: 70% of students in our course get placed. The highest package is 7- 8 LPA. The lowest package is about 2- 3 LPA. The average package is 4- 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Capgemini, etc. 50% of students have secured internships at Capgemini. The top roles offered are data analyst and data scientist.
Infrastructure: Good faculty members and infrastructure are available for students in my course. The Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library are all good. The hostel quality is good for this price range. The food is also good, like home-cooked meals. Sports and games are A1.
Faculty: Teachers are good and qualified. They are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant to the industry and helps make us industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult. If you study well, you won’t face any difficulties. Faculty is helpful

Placements: 85% of students get placed in my course. The highest package is 33 LPA, the lowest package is 2.20 LPA, and the average package offered in my course is 4.44 LPA. Top recruiting companies in my course are TCS, Cognizant, and Wipro. About 50% of students got internships in my courses, the companies are mainly startups like Inobit, Assisting, etc. The roles offered in my courses are SDE, software engineer, data analyst, trainee, tester, etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are good with a broad range. Campus has different blocks for every batch of students. There are special blocks for first-year students with lift, Wi-Fi, and classrooms. There is a library 24X7 with good internet connection. The hostel is okay. Food quality is good. There are 3-seater, 2-seater, and single-seater rooms available. Mess and canteen open 24X7. The medical facility is also provided to the hostellers.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good, and they teach well. It depends on how you pay attention to the class. The curriculum is relevant, but some of the syllabus are outdated which need to be reformed. It makes the students ready for the industry. The semester exams are not too difficult. You should focus on the core concept, and you will easily pass the exam.
Other: Personally, I chose this course because of my interest in coding and computer like solving DSA problems. The best things about this course are solving DSA problems, building websites, and games, which give more fun and enjoyment. One thing I wish to improve about my course is to update the syllabus to focus more on coding rather than focusing on theory subjects like DSA, and development should be taught from the start in first year. Events are held by different societies on college campus. Fest is held once a year. Campus surroundings are good, and connectivity is good.

Infrastructure: There are too many facilities in my college, and the infrastructure available for my quota department is good enough. Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library are cleaner. The quality of food is good and clean. Medical facilities are also good, and there are a lot of sports available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is pretty good. Course curriculum is relevant to my course, and it makes all the students industry ready. Semester exams in college are not that difficult if you study well. The past percentage is about 60 to 70%.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a data scientist, and I can improve the transport quality at the college. Events, first campus crowd connectivity, campus surrounding scholarship, and extracurricular activities are much better in my college, you can enjoy them here.

Placements: HIMT Group of Institution has good placement, and they connect with the best recruiters example, Amul, Infosys, PhonePay, Infotech, and other best service companies in India. They make a life of student bright light. Their placement area is also attractive and impressive.
Infrastructure: HIMT Group of Institution is good in their infrastructure, and they are located in Greater Noida (beta 1). The location of HIMT is very clean and well known, and outside college is also best. Hostel and mess are good, not impressive but their courses are impressive.
Faculty: HIMT Group of Institution is the best for their faculty members and tech services. The faculty of Harlal Institution of Management and Technology are very well known and Ph.D. teachers. Teachers are very friendly to students, and are treated like their own children. Courses and their exams are very impressive and good.
Other: I noticed about the Harlal Institution of Management and Technology regarding passing out students, and I am talking about HIMT college, and they responded in a positive way. My class is good but students are not good because some students are from the local area and they are disturbing the classes.
