University provides hostel accommodation to boys and girls both and there is a wide variety to choose from, like single occupancy, double occupancy, quad occupancy, and also AC or non AC. The fees of course will vary depending on which hostel one chooses and it can vary from 25000 per year to about 100000 per year. In addition to this, students have to pay for food charges which are about INR 4000 per month. Perhaps being University in Gujarat they provide only vegetarian food in these hostels.

Indukaka Ipcowala Institute of Management (IIIM), is the management School of Charotar University. The authorised intake capacity of this institution is 120 seats. Admissions are given based on the results of CAT or CMAT exams conducted nationally. This business school of the university boasts of world class facilities like 120 acres of green campus, well-equipped hostels for boys and girls etc. and provide students with plenty of opportunity to interact with the industry and also learn many things by internship. The fees appear to be reasonable at about two and half lakh. This business school which began accepting students from the academic session commenced in the year 2006-07, claims that lots of industrial houses come for recruitment sessions and about 80% and above of those who seek placements are indeed place in the industry.
