Fees are lower compared to Chitkara University. The ranking is also good compared to other universities. Chitkara University has several specializations compared to CIET. Chitkara University has modern infrastructure and resources compared to CIET. Chitkara University has more seats for admission which gives opportunity to many students.It is better to visit the official websites of both the colleges which will give you more information about their programs, faculty members and facilities. Yes, CIET provides better placements than the Himachal Pradesh University, Chitkara. Compared to Chitkara University in Himachal Pradesh, CIET offers greater compensation packages, although both universities have an 80% success rate in placement. This is not to say that Chitkara University in Himachal Pradesh is an inferior college in fact, it is a similarly good university that provides students with competitive pay packages. Certain branches have outperformed other CIET branches in their placement reports.

It is also accredited by NAAC with A grade.Courses and Specializations: Chitkara College of Applied Engineering offers B Tech in CSE, ECE, ME, Mechatronics, Electrical, and Civil Engineering at its Punjab campus, and B Tech in CSE, CE, and ECE at its Himachal Pradesh campus. It also offers integrated B Tech-MBA and B Tech-M Tech programs in collaboration with industry partners.
