The fee refund policy for Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at Rama University Kanpur is as follows:
If a student withdraws from the program, the refund will be made as per the rules and regulations of the University.
In case a student withdraws before the commencement of the course, the entire fee collected will be refunded except the registration fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lacs only) which will be deducted.
If a student leaves the programme after commencement of the course and the seat remains vacant, the University will refund the tuition fee for the remaining period, provided that the student has not attended any classes and the seat is filled by another candidate. However, the hostel fee, security deposit, and miscellaneous charges will not be refunded.
In case a student leaves the programme after commencement of the course and the seat does not remain vacant, no refund of tuition fee will be made. However, the security deposit will be refunded after completion of the course.
