Q:   Can I get admission at CT University without taking any entrance exam?
A: 

Admission to CT University are based on candidate's score in CT SET exam score. The university provides admission based on merit score of candidates in the qualifying exam. Also, the eligible candidates need to appear for the entrance test conducted by the university. 

Q:   Is there any dress code at CTU?
A: 

According to the Shiksha verified reviews, CT University does not have a dress code. However, during induction programs or guest lectures, students are requested to wear formals. In addition to this, CTU students are expected to dress according to the occasion whether it be a sports day, orientation day etc.

Q:   Is CT University hard to get?
A: 

CT University is not hard to get, provided the majority of courses consider 45% to 50% of aggregate in Class 12. For majority of PG level programmes, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation. Apart from this, candidates must obtain a valid score in CTSET which is the University conducted exam for majority of courses provided by it.

CT- SET is a University-Level Scholarship Entrance Test for further admission to any undergraduate and postgraduate programs at CT University. Candidates can find the CTU application form 2024 on the official website of the university. However, the application forms can be found in both ways online and offline. CT- SET serves as the foundation of the programme eligibility and various scholarships that are offered by the university.

Our college provides good facilities.
Placements: Only 25% of students got placed. The lowest salary offered was Rs.25000 per month and the highest salary offered was Rs.50,000 per month. Almost all students got internships. One of the students got an internship at Club Mahindra. Top roles offered were kitchen helper and bartender.
Infrastructure: Our college had many facilities. Wi-Fi, library, and classrooms were well-designed. The food served in the mess and canteen was of good quality. There were good nets in the cricket ground for practice.
Faculty: All teachers were well-knowledgeable and well-qualified. The teaching quality was excellent. The course curriculum was relevant. It makes students ready for industry. The semester exams were very difficult. The pass percentage was 41%.
Other: There were so many good things in this course such as being informative about the world's food cultures and learning good discipline.

The hostel fee at CT University is not compulsory as long you don't use hostel facilities:  

  • Day scholars' parents must sign a local guardian affidavit if living off-campus.   
  • You may incur a transport fee if using university buses.
