My college provides best quality education in UG and PG.
Placements: In the late years, in my seniors batch, 40 students were placed in sugarcane factory, and one biotech company (Shiv Shakti biotech). They visited the college campus for placements. 60 PG students were placed in the walk-in interview, and skill test was conducted. They searched the job on their own. This year, from 21 Feb to 22 Feb, a certificate course on bio fertiliser, which is a 2-day programme, is conducted. It is created by the ministry of agriculture and farmers welfare.
Infrastructure: There are facilities for Wi-Fi. Smart classrooms, sports hall and stadium are there on our college campus. The library, RO water and labs are available. Cycle, two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking is available. There are more than 100 hostel rooms. There is no canteen available here. Horticulture department is created. There is a mini garden, where many varieties of flowers, fruit trees and grasses are present. It is a very beautiful area on my college campus.
Faculty: B.A, M.A (Hindi, sociology and political science), B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc (Ag.), M.Sc (Ag.) (Agronomy), B.P. Ed and B.Ed faculty are available here. B.Sc (home science), M.Sc (home science) and M.Sc (horticulture) are the subjects proposed here. Teaching quality is excellent. Practical based education is present. The teachers are friendly. The students are very hard working in their course, and they are every year selected in industrial or marketing companies. The course curriculum is very useful for the students.
Other: There are many events conducted by the faculty members like Udhghosh by Agronomy department. Holy festivals are celebrated on the college campus with friends and teachers. College campus is situated in a large area. My college is situated near NH 29, at Barhalganj town, with a distance of 60 km to Gorakhpur and 48 km to Azamgarh. Barhalganj town is situated at Pavitra Sail Sarayu river bank. Barhalganj market is in the surrounding of the college campus. There are many scholarship facilities available here like UP Scholarship, Mandi Samiti Scholarship, Handicaps Scholarship, and others Scholarship facilities etc. NCC, NSS, Rovers and Rangers are the extracurricular activities provided here.
