Candidates must pass Class 12 with PCM/ PCB with at least 55% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD) to apply for BPharm course. Candidates who have been awarded grades in the examination which make them eligible for admission should also submit conversion certificate of numerical marks from the concerned authority.
The aspirants of BPharm at DPSRU have to submit certain documents. These are required for verification purposes. Mentioned below are the documents:

- Date of birth certificate
- Provisional certificate from the school last attended
