Good infrastructure and excellent knowledge with experience.

Placements: The CUET examination is mandatory, and marks will be required above 200. The chances of placements are higher in geology and pharmacy. The internship is provided by the college. The highest package in geology is 1 LPA and it depends on our performance.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the building is excellent. Wi-Fi is provided by the college. The labs and classrooms are fully furnished and provided with AC in each classroom. All facilities are provided, including medical, games and sports, and food available there with hygiene.

Faculty: The examination is held every 6 months of a year. The faculty members help find out the roll number and the scanner is also available to scan the roll number online, indicating which classroom or which seat. The minimum marks required are above 40.

Other: In my courses, psychology, geography, and anthropology are related to each other. Every subject must be understood and new or different opportunities will be provided. National events are also held. The central scholarship is provided by the college.

If you want placement or want to enjoy campus life, don't join here.

Placements: Placements are very low. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and Wipro come for placements but recruit very few students. Also, the majority of students here are not focused on studies. The local students can be disturbing. Some come here only to get a degree.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are decent. The campus is beautiful with views full of nature. You will find students from all over India. Wi-Fi is good, and there is a central library for students. The campus is comfortable, and the classrooms are also decent.

Faculty: Teachers are good and helpful. But they mainly focus on exams rather than other activities or making students industry-ready. Some professors are very strict and expect the same answers in answer copies that they have taught in class. However, it depends on the professor, and sometimes they cut marks accordingly.

Other: There are no fests or major events.

Not so satisfied with this college.

Placements: It's a small-town college, and placements are not expected or finalised at Times College in Damoh. Also, it does not provide that quality of education, so students generally go only at the time of exams, or I can say that the people who only want a degree go there.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not that bad. The place is not very wide either, and the library area is good, but not all books are available. The quality of books is not very good, and they should add new stock every year in their library.

Faculty: Exams are not that much difficult, I guess. If you've studied only one day before the exam seriously, then you can also easily score 60-70 percent. They also take viva after the exams which is not that difficult they easily give the marks, I guess. Even if I didn't study, I scored 65-71 percent easily, even though I'm not that intelligent or something.

Other: The festive season or programme system is not like college teachers I think they are only involved at the time of exams. There is no role for teachers in anything.

It’s all good if you want a peaceful environment. You can go for it.

Placements: Well, the placement rate is average, because mostly I saw placement rates are around 20–30%. If you are preparing for off-campus opportunities, that would be better for you. Companies like Infosys and TCS visit the campus. For internships, off-campus opportunities are preferred, and students can apply for them.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good and fine, not much bad. Some departments have more resources and facilities, so you can go for those. The environment is also peaceful, with not much of a crowd. You will find a hill area around the campus.

Faculty: Teachers are average. It depends on the course and department. Some are good, and some are not. Semester exams are neither too hard nor too easy. If you prepare well, you can pass easily. The pass percentage also depends on individual performance.

Other: I chose BCA because I have a strong interest in computer applications.

Very good campus and faculty members of Dr Harisingh Gour University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh.

Placements: There is no direct recruitment from this course. But you can get internships very easily. After completion of the respective course, you will prepare for many government exams like SSC CGL, UPSC or in forensic Science laboratories as a lab attendant, and after a certain year, you will get promoted to junior scientific assistant.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very well managed and better than that of many colleges, especially the infrastructure of Forensic Science. Lift is also there, full-time working Wi-Fi, plenty of UG and PG labs, seminar halls, and a library. The hostel is also average there.

Faculty: Teachers and faculty members are very helpful, talented and knowledgeable. They taught the topics in the easiest way possible so that every student could understand. Semester examinations are not so hard and atleast 40% questions are PYQs based. So exams are of a moderate level.

Be ready to study a lot, fewer placements, wonderful surroundings environment, and faculty is good.

Placements: The placements offered for our course are not that good. M.Pharm students get placed but the studies here are more research-oriented. Companies like MacLeod's and Sun Pharma have visited for placement. You can check the placement ratio for a particular discipline on the website of Dr. Harisingh Gour University and get a good analysis of the placement ratio.

Infrastructure: The university's overall infrastructure is good. The whole university is spread over the course of many acres (more than 1000 acres) and it comes under one of the largest universities in India if we take area into consideration. The overall facilities of our department are good. The labs run well, good classes, smartboards, and projectors are available in a few classes as well. There's a new building going to be inaugurated for the department of pharmaceutical sciences by next year hopefully which has excellent infrastructure. The whole university has its own Wi-Fi however, it works a little slowly.

Faculty: The faculty here is great. They're highly qualified, experienced, and have a great deal of knowledge. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is strictly followed according to the PCI syllabus. The semester exams are not an easy nut to crack. You'd have to actually study to get at least a passing grade and need to have a good grasp of the subject to obtain a good score.

Other: I chose this course because Dr. Harisingh Gour University is one of the most renowned central universities for Bachelor's in pharmacy. The one thing I'd like to improve is the really tight and hectic schedule of our department. We have to get along from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM having a lunch break for only half an hour which is never enough to do even lunch properly. You should not expect many events and fests if you're coming to the department of pharmacy.
