Since you are from outside Delhi you are not going to get CSE or even IT in colleges like MAIT, BVCOE or MSIT till the normal rounds of counselling because most of the seat (about 85%) are reserved for Delhi candidates. You may get ECE or EEE in these colleges or CSE or IT in NIEC or BPIT. But don't loose hope because you have spot round left. I myself got BVP CSE in spot round. So don't loose hope.
