If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study in which he/she is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following five-tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student:
1. 100% refund if notice of withdrawal is received 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission
2. 90% refund if notice of withdrawal is received less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission
3. 80% refund if notice of withdrawal is received 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission
4. 50% refund if notice of withdrawal is received 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after the formally notified last date of admission
5. 0% refund if notice of withdrawal is received more than 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission.

To get a seat in University Institute of Legal Studies, Himachal Pradesh University for B.A. LLB. (5 Year),
1. The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 45% marks.
2. The admission to B.A. LL.B. (5 years integrated course) is made through an entrance test conducted by the H.P. University.
