I have no idea which finance programmes are offered by IIM, Pune. But being alumni of LPU, I would like to tell you that LPU offers finance as a specialization in BBA, MBA programme. I have also completed MBA in Finance and Digital Marketing from LPU. I will share a few about the management programme at LPU.
The Business School of LPU is accredited by ACBSP, Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs from the USA ensuring quality education and industry-experienced faculty members, studying in LPU will get a degree accredited from a body of USA.
Placement: Every year more than 550+ companies visit LPU for placements. LPU has a very good placement and achieved awards for employability also. The main thing for placement that I liked there is that LPU provides placement classes to the students from the first year, which helps students prepare for placement until their final year of the program. The highest package offered for the management programme is 21 LPA.
Specialization offered in MBA: Agribusiness Management, Human Resource, Marketing, International Business, Financial Markets, Digital Market, Hospital and Healthcare, Business Analytics, Banking and Financial Services, Operations, Artificial Intelligence, etc.

I think it's worth investment in RIIM Pune One of the finest B-schools for Management in Maharashtra. They strive for placement of each student, there me building confidence and improved my personality as well. They have different certifications in their curriculum which helps us enhance our knowledge apart from just a degree certificate. They have best placement team who all are working so hard for students. If you want other than RIIM them PIBM, Pirangut , symbiosis, Indira college are other good management colleges in Pune. And it is worth to pay such a huge amount of fees in any of these colleges. So I will suggest you to go for MBA. So the bottom line is it is worth to pay this amount of fees in any of the above mentioned colleges.They have designe a special modules which train their students for how to work in corporate? RIIM give opportunity to students to be the part of Placement team which again give them a practical exposure how to deal with corporate world.

Yes RIIM Pune will be good option for PGDM specifically when you are looking for good ROI, Industry exposure, extra certifications in less fees and good learning opportunities. This college is providing all of it. There are many MBA colleges in Pune. But there are only few colleges which provides practical exposure good learning opportunities and industry exposure is one of them with very good return on investment
RIIM is the only college which gives you exposure to premium business schools of India

The first is average placements second being return on investment and learning opportunities. If you SEE in terms ROI I believe RIIM is the best college in Pune. They have the best Average package for students like 5.5 Lacs to 6.5 lacks. RIIM call upon more than 400+ Companies and students get more option to choose the best package and sit for placements.
