To get admission into Indrashil University, students must meet the preset admission criteria of the desired course before proceeding with the application. Eligible students can then apply for the course of choice by filling out the online application form. The university accepts students on both merit and entrance basis. 50% of the total seats for BTech and BPharma are filled in through ACPC counselling. The remaining are filled on a merit basis or via national-level entrance tests, such as JEE Mains. For the remaining courses, admissions are merit-based. Once a seat is offered, students need to pay the admission fees and go through document verification.

Indrashil University offers eight courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology, Pharmacy, and Sciences at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
