Yes and No I'm afraid not, but try counselling if you're not OC open category and maybe you can get a seat in either OU or JNTU. I got TSICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat and I was OC. But yours is 460 rank so the

Yes and No, but try counselling if you're not OC open category and maybe you can get a seat in either OU or JNTU. I got TSICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT seat and I was OC. But yours is 460 rank so there might be a better chance of getting a seat in those colleges. All the best and don't miss out on counselling, because you may get lucky.
