To join the College of Dairy Science and Technology, Mannuthy, candidates must apply through the KEAM entrance exam for B.Tech (Dairy Technology). Selection is based on performance in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. ICAR AIEEA quotas also apply. For M.Tech, admission is via ICAR or KVASU's own entrance. Counseling and document verification finalize admission. 

To apply for B.Tech Dairy Technology, register for KEAM (or ICAR AIEEA? UG) and score at least 50% in PCM. After the exam, participate in KEAM's centralized allotment. If selected for CDST, complete document verification and pay the fees online/in-person.  For M.Tech, apply through the KVASU entrance test or ICAR AIEEA? PG.
