Q:   Does Kakatiya University accept CAT score?

The Common Admission Test (CAT) score is accepted by Kakatiya University for admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. The university counts CAT scores among the most important considerations in the application process, along with personal statement, professional experience, and academic standing. Although it fluctuates from year to year, the minimum CAT score needed for admission to Kakatiya University's MBA programme usually falls between the 70 and 85 percentile.

Kakatiya University accepts scores from the CAT in addition to those from other MBA entry tests like the XAT, GMAT, and MAT. However, the CAT is the recommended entrance exam and is thought to have more weight in the admissions process for Kakatiya University's MBA programme. It is advised that you take the CAT exam and do well if you plan to apply to Kakatiya University's MBA programme. Q:   Does Kakatiya University refund fees?
A: 

There have been certain requests received from the students of various courses of different Colleges under the jurisdiction of Kakatiya University for re-imbursement of fee paid by them on cancellation of their admissions due to various reasons.

In this regard, the UGC, New Delhi has issued certain guidelines vide reference cited wherein clearly stipulated to refund the entire fee paid by the students who wish to cancel their admissions within time bound Le, with a charging of 1,000/- processing fee Irrespective of regular/SFC courses.

Q:   Is there any way of applying offline for the Kakatiya University application form?
A: 

No, only online applications are accepted at Kakatiya University. The Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme is one of the few programmes offered by the university without an offline application process.

You must register on the university's website and complete the application in order to apply to Kakatiya University's MBA programme. The necessary documents, including your CAT score card, UG and PG degree mark sheets (if applicable), work experience certificate (if applicable), personal statement, and recommendation letters (2), must also be uploaded as scanned copies.

April is normally the deadline for applications to Kakatiya University's MBA programme. Please go to the Kakatiya University website for additional details regarding the application procedure and deadlines.

I am really satisfied with the placements and the other factors in the college.
Placements: I was so satisfied with the placements from our course. Around 75% of the students got placed on the campus placements drive. The highest package was 7.5 LPA, the lowest was 3 LPA, and the average was 4 LPA. Glass Pac Agi, Larsen and Toubro, and Kirloskar were the top recruiting companies from our course. Internship certificates were issued to around 80%. The top roles were offered in designing, developing, and maintaining.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure was absolutely worth the fees we paid. The facilities were available like good library, free Wi-Fi around the entire campus, AC classrooms, AC labs, seminar halls, auditorium, project labs, radio rooms, etc. The quality of the food in both the hostel and canteen was also great with reasonable fees. The medical services like ambulance and treatment were available in the college. Sports and games like volleyball, cricket, basketball, and other indoor games were played regularly in the college.
Faculty: Faculty members from our course had mostly done their PhDs and other higher studies in their course. Their teaching quality had been excellent throughout the academic year. Especially, our course curriculum was really relevant, because it made many students industry-ready. The pass percentage was great, around 85% of the students will pass every year. The semester exams were not so difficult.
Other: This course had the best opportunities for the students so I chose this course. The betterments I wish like increasing the industrial visits will be great. Events like cultural activities, fests, farewells, freshers party, crowd meetings, tours, and concerts were the best entertainment for the students.

I'm satisfied in terms of placements and faculty, but facilities need to be increased.
Placements: Almost 70% of students in our course had on-campus placements in my graduation year (2021). The salary packages were more or less satisfying for the students, as they got offers that reached up to 7 LPA on the highest end, and around 3 LPA on the lowest end, with an average of about 4 LPA. The leading companies like Being, Civitas Innovation, and Larsen and Toubro were amongst the top recruiters. About 80% of students in our course did their placements. Some of the main roles involved were mechanical system design and testing.
Infrastructure: The college provided good facilities which comprise of a spacious library, free Wi-Fi points, an assembly hall, seminar rooms, project work station, and a waiting lounge within an indoor suited among others. Two categories of hostels were offered to the students, air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned. The canteen and the mess food were delicious and not very expensive. Medical assistance was readily available from a fully qualified doctor in the college medical room. There was no shortage of chances for physical activities whether it was indoor sports or outdoor sports. Moreover, a sport meet was conducted on every week end.
Faculty: The faculty members are exceptional throughout the academic environment, showcasing their teaching skills. They possess high qualifications and extensive experience in their respective fields. They are always available to address any questions or concerns that students have. Our curriculum is particularly relevant, as it prepares a diverse range of students to be industry-ready. It is also equipped for employment opportunities. The semester exams are not overly challenging. It is essential to attend classes regularly to grasp the concepts thoroughly. Each year, about 70% of students pass, especially within our course.
Other: I chose this course because it provides me with the best opportunities and various choices in my career. I wish things like improving the standards of the laboratory would be great. The entertainment activities like musical nights, fests, farewells, freshers, crowd meetings, tours, concerts, festivals, etc., would be excellent in the college.

The glorious Kakatiya Technology.
Placements: Most of the students got internships in top companies like TCS, Siemens, ABB, and many more. Around 89% of the students got placed in top companies with high packages in core and non-core. The top roles from my branch are control systems engineer, power systems engineer, electrical engineer, and more. The top recruiting companies like NTPC Limited, Bajaj Electrical, BHEL, Tata Power, Infosys, and many more companies visit our college regularly. But some of the students went for the software side by learning coding skills. The lowest package offered is 4 LPA and the highest package offered is 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has big classrooms with projectors in each class for learning. The college has good infrastructure with long coconut trees on our premises. The college has a hostel facility for only girls with good accommodation and quality food. The college provides daily games and sports on our college grounds, and some of the students are selected for the final as well. The college has wonderful buildings at each branch, and we have wonderful laboratories with big motors and machines for experiments. Other branches also have their equipment in labs in good condition. We have a Yoga class also there every day for mind relaxation.
Faculty: All the students are ready for the industry with prior knowledge of core subjects. The semester exams are going very well because the faculty teaches good information related to subjects that are very useful for exams. The pass percentage in our college is about 87%. The faculty are well knowledgeable and by their skills we have learnt a lot of things, they teach core subjects and coding also. They are very helpful in teaching and in clearing doubts related to subjects. By their encouragement, some of the students also participated in Hackathon programme also.

Good and near to town with all facilities.
Placements: KITS Warangal had decent CSE placements with 70 to 80% students placed. Major recruiters include Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Capgemini, TCS, Wipro, and some product based companies. The average package for CSE was around 5 LPA, with the highest generally between 8 to 14 LPA, and exceptional cases report more. Roles offered were Software Engineer, Developer, Data Analyst, and QA Engineer. Placement training was provided, but top tier placements depend on student skill.
Infrastructure: The campus was green and well maintained, with modern classrooms, labs, Wi-Fi, a library, and sports facilities. Separate blocks for each department and an innovation center were available. Hostels were decent, providing basic furniture and 24/7 water, but the mess food quality was average. Hostel fees range from 30k to 60k/year, and Wi-Fi in hostels is limited. Overall, infrastructure was a strong point of KITS.
Faculty: The CSE curriculum was updated and NBA accredited, covering core CS subjects and electives. Practical learning was emphasized through labs, projects, and seminars. Faculty quality varies. Some were highly experienced and supportive, while others relied heavily on PPTs. Continuous internal assessment and semester exams make the programme rigorous. Industry exposure through events and technical clubs was a plus.

Placements: Especially from our course, almost 705%of the students got SWL in the campus placements. The highest salary was 6 LPA, the lowest package was 3 LPA, and the average package was 4 LPA. Recruiting companies like BHEL, Crompton, ABB Ltd, etc., are the top ones. The internship companies include Software IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, Electrical Engineering internship, etc. About 80% of the students got their internship certificates. The higher roles include electrical engineer and control engineer.
Infrastructure: College is widely spread over around 30 acres of land with facilities like AC labs, seminar halls, library, free Wi-Fi around the entire campus, ventilated classrooms, project labs, good water facilities, etc. The quality of the food available in the mess and canteen is amazing with reasonable prices, and the hostel facilities are also great. Sports are played on the college ground every day. Medical services like ambulance and treatment are available in the college.
Faculty: Faculty has been excellent throughout the academic year. Almost every faculty member is highly qualified and well knowledgeable in their course. Their quality of teaching the concepts is amazing. The course curriculum of our course is providing great results, making many students industry ready. The semester exams are not that difficult to pass, and the pass percentage is great, around 80% will get passed.
Other: The course I choose will keep me motivated every single day for my future development. So I choose this course. Improvements like well-updated computers need to be replaced in the laboratory. The occasions in the college like tours, fests, farewells, freshers, crowd meetings, etc., will be great in the college.
