The university offers 50 PG programmes, 42 PhD, four advanced diploma, 11 certificates, and 26 MPhil courses in various specialisations. However, this data has been fetched from unofficial sources and might vary. Karnataka University also offer UG-level programmes through its affiliated colleges. The courses are offered in full-time and part-time modes. Karnatak University courses are offered in the streams of IT and Software, Law, Nursing, Science, Hospitality and Travel, etc.

Karnatak University Dharwad is worth choosing, considering the facilities provided. The University offers courses in UG, PG, Diploma and Certificate levels across several streams . Divided in 3 campuses, Dharwad University offers placement opportunities and scholarship opportunities for students along with various facilities through collaborations and partnerships. KU Dharwad is recognised by UGC, accredited by NAAC with grade A and member of AIU. Furthermore, KUD offers MBA in affiliation with Kousali Institute of Management Studies. 

Karnatak University was established at Dharwad in the Indian state of Karnataka in October 1949. It had its official inauguration in March 1950. The institution has been consistently ranked at the 90th -95th place by the QS India University rankings and is amongst the top 550 colleges in Asia according to the Asian University rankings 2020.

It's not mentioned in the official website that which is course offered is the best  but as a renowned university with many courses to offer here are some well known courses of this university - MBA, M.Sc, L.L.M.

The eligible candidates can apply by filling out the KUD application form. The admission form can be downloaded from the Karnataak University official website. The dully filled application form is further required to be submitted along with the bank acknowledgment of application processing fee and entrance test fee payment has to be submitted to the Chairman/Coordinator of the concerned department. The complete application form should be sent by post within the due date.

Furthermore, candidates wanting to apply for more than one course need to submit an application form separately.

Karnataka Univesity admission is entrance-based. Candidates have to take the department entrance exam and secure a good score to get admission. For MBA and MCA, admission is through Karnataka PGCET followed by counselling. Candidates with a low score may get admission under the management quota.
