For admission in PG Diploma courses at Annamalai University, register online on official website. Application process is as follows:

1- Visit annamalaiuniversity.ac.in and register online.

2- Fill in the application form.

3- The next step is to pay the application fee.

4- Upload all the required documents.

Documents Required at the Time of Application Process

• Allotment Order
• Date of Birth Certificate (HSc Certificate / School Leaving Certificate)
• Community Certificate (if applicable)
• Consolidated statement of MBBS Marks from I to III MBBS
• CRRI Completion Certificate
• MBBS Degree/Provisional Pass Certificate issued by the University
• Permanent Medical Council Registration Certificate
• Course Certificate from the Head of the Parent Institution for MBBS
  programme
• Copy of the orders of MCI recognition of the College for MBBS, in case of
  candidates who passed MBBS from Colleges in other states
• 3 Passport size photographs (background – white/blue)
• Bonds in the prescribed format (Non-service candidates)
