My review of this college.
Placements: The campus placement is too good. Many deserving students get placed in reputed organizations. Recruiters come to offer internships. The average stipend depends on the recruiters. Some pay Rs.25,000 per month, while others pay Rs.6,000–Rs.7,000 per month. So far, my seniors have had a pleasant experience. The college considers an average of 4 semesters, and a minimum of 60% is required to apply for an interview with any company. Placements are good here. Companies like TCS, Accenture, Nomura, Google, Microsoft, JP Morgan, Capgemini, etc visit the campus. The package range is 2.5-15 LPA, which is a good number.
Infrastructure: The course curriculum is designed to help students understand the needs, requirements, and demands of the industry. They are given all sorts of training and provided with the necessary resources to gain the best knowledge and education. The hostel infrastructure is good. If we stay in the college hostel, facilities provided are really amazing. Wi-Fi, hot water, and other basic amenities are available. The rooms are very nice. Students studying the same course are placed in the same room. There is a discussion between the hostel warden and parents once a month.
Faculty: Faculty of the college ranges from a young workforce to experienced staff. They are experienced and easygoing with students. A few teachers are alumni of the college itself, and since they know the college well, it becomes easier for them to understand and guide students better. There are two semesters in a year and two midterms, both equally important. The midterm consists of 50 marks, with each carrying 15%, and the semester exams are of 50 and 70 marks, each carrying 30%.

My review of this college.
Placements: The college is very good. Every student has to undergo industrial training in the 6th semester for six months. The training exclusively focuses on software development in either commercial applications or systems. A lot of top leading companies in the IT field show interest in college students. I see big companies like TCS, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Gate, Patni, HCL, Google, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, and many more. The package range varies from 2.5 to 5.0 LPA on average. The highest package is about 12 LPA. 100% of students are placed every year with good packages.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is good. If we stay in the college hostel, facilities provided are really amazing. Wi-Fi, hot water, and other amenities are available. The rooms are very nice. Students studying the same course are placed in the same room. There is a discussion between the hostel warden and parents once a month.
Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified, with over 10 years of teaching experience. Some of them have acquired doctorate degrees as well. MCA at Kristu Jayanti College feels like a family. We interact and discuss every minute detail happening in the department. The MCA course duration is 2 years, with 2 main exams each year. There are a total of 6 semesters, and you need to pass each semester to move to the next. Five subjects are taught each semester, with 100 marks for the theory paper and 25 marks for moral education. The course syllabus of MCA is inclined towards the industry and includes two mini-projects to be completed during the summer holidays. This helps students work on their creativity, nurture it, and gain more credit during their holidays.

Review of Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication.
Placements: There are no placements in my college; every faculty of placements is below average; there are only 1 to 2 students who get available jobs after the course; there is no curriculum in my college for extra activities or any preparation for the real world to be faced by students .
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is below average; the library is so mini and doesn't have enough books for students and there are no notes provided. Also, the wifi is so bad that many times it got no recharge. And in the computer lab, most of the systems are not working .
Faculty: The exam preparation is inadequate due to a lack of good knowledge. Every year, 30 to 35 students fail their exams because of this issue. Not all students have laptops for studying, and the systems in the labs are mostly damaged, which is very disappointing.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to be in IT sector .

It is really a beautiful college.
Placements: Campus placements in our course are not significant generally. The placement percentage of students is around 50-60% mostly. The course is for NGO jobs and international organisations like UNICEF. Around 50% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure available for our course are extremely good. The library is available. Sports ground is not properly maintained. Medical facilities like painkillers and a few medicines are available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach us the whole practically as this depends on emotions and intelligence. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester examinations are of moderate level. Students become ready to work after completing the course.
Other: The college organises many various events to interact with people.

M.A. in Digital Journalism - Batch of 2023

5Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Overall, the best university for M.A. in digital journalism course.
Placements: Our course is recommended to over 65% of students. In my university, the highest package would cost between 12 LPA and 25 LPA. 5 LPA is the bare minimum bundle. 16 LPA is the mean. According to our research, the leading employment agencies are Scoopwhoop, Ultimez, and Firstpost, among others. 59% of students work as interns for several different companies. Digital journalists and podcast produces are among the most sought-after professions.
Infrastructure: Our university has the best library for mass communication. There are good classrooms and labs. There is also a Wi-Fi facility in the computer room. It's a public university. Our university offers hostel facility only to girls with good facilities. But the new campus of this university has a good boys hostel. In our university, there is always 1 doctor.
Faculty: We have very qualified and helpful teachers available for my department with good teaching methods. They offer high-quality, course-based courses, and student support, resulting in a good percentage of students in my academic department earning grades and preparing student work. Semester exams are easy and the pass rate is about 75%.

The infrastructure is very poor. I never thought that I was living college life.
Placements: Only 40-50% of students are only placed. The average package ranges from 3-4 LPA. The lowest package ranges from 4-5 LPA. The highest package is 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 1.2 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, and HCL visit the college to hire students. Approximately 50-60% of students got internships.
Infrastructure: Library and computer labs are provided for students. However, it is not very effective for students because they never clean the library and computers. We can see rats roaming there. It provides 2-3 fans in a big hall classes, which cause so much humidity and heat in the room.
Faculty: Some teachers are very frank and friendly to students. They talk very nicely to all students. They do not show any bias, but some teachers are biased, as students who stick with teachers only get marks in practicals and other exams, whether they perform well in exams or not.
Other: I chose this course because I want to shift in the IT sector, in the digital, technical, and AI world, and everyone should know about it. Nothing much should be improved, but it should provide the least place in good companies. Every year, 1-2 events are held. Sports days and extracurricular activities are also held here.
