Decent if you have no other option for a government college & want a relatively affordable college.
Placements: Around 400–500 students get placed out of a batch size of 1,500. The highest on-campus package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 2.5 LPA. There are no summer internships, and very few six-month internships are available. The top roles offered are SDE, SWE, and sales roles. Most students get placed in mass hiring companies such as TCS, Infosys, and Capgemini.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi does not work properly. Classrooms do not get cellular signals. Labs are okay, but the systems are outdated. They do not even have basic compilers and applications. The classrooms are small but manageable. The library is good, has books and study space. It is the best thing about university.
Faculty: Very few teachers have good knowledge of their courses. The curriculum is okay. The exams are too easy, and anyone can get good grades despite not studying throughout the semester. There is no relative grading, and the marking system is basic. University keeps experimenting with paper patterns and consistently makes them worse. There is too much focus on attendance but not enough on classroom teaching.
Other: The college is good if you want to study in Indore only. It should focus more on academics and internships than on marketing. The campus is very crowded. The Moonstone Fest is not very enjoyable. The campus is well connected to the city.

Review of Medicaps University.
Placements: Companies came for packages between 1–3 LPA and sometimes offered more than that. Companies like TCS, Infosys, and many others visited the campus for placement drives. Top roles offered included Software Developer, Software Tester, and other roles such as Teleperformance.
Infrastructure: The block was a little old but decent. Labs were decent. Everything was well organized. Students got their personal LAN login ID and password, and Wi-Fi worked most of the time. Hostel facilities, especially the boys' hostel, were not very good but were livable.
Faculty: Faculty members were mostly good. Exams were conducted on time and were generally of moderate difficulty. The course curriculum was industry-oriented. It was designed for the overall development of students. Exams were conducted on time.
Other: Moonstone, the biggest event of the college, was held every year. It was enjoyable, especially if you had enough friends to participate and have fun.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma. Lateral Entry) - Batch of 2025
4.2

About 4-year Pharmacy course.
Placements: The college took a stand on placement results. It was up to 90% and above for all courses. But for the Pharmacy course, the minimum, average, and maximum packages all fell below 10 LPA. Zydus, Cadila, Alembic, and Torrent Pharma were the common recruiters.
Faculty: Literally across 8 semesters, faculty members set targets to achieve high results, which would beat at least 1% above the previous semester’s results. Faculty members were hardworking, but they made us struggle a lot in the initial period of college by asking us to do everything on our own. We only reached them for final submissions (projects, assignments, and everything).
Other: University was also recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India. They offered regular mode courses only. After completion of the degree, they arranged for students to get a pharmacist's license. A limited number of seats were allocated by university for focused education.

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2028

3.0Placements3.0Infrastructure3.0Faculty1.0Crowd & Campus Life2.0Value for Money
Not satisfied with the crowd. Good infrastructure and facilities, decent faculty.
Placements: 30-40% students usually get placed. The highest package goes up to 5 LPA, the lowest can be around 1.5 LPA, whereas the median package is roughly 2.5 LPA. TCS is the biggest recruiter. There are multiple internship opportunities, but the good ones from IBM are only secured by a few. People usually get offers for Junior Developer roles.
Infrastructure: A decent campus, clean and green, but the buildings need improvement. All classrooms have projectors, and labs are well-maintained, with campus-wide Wi-Fi connectivity. I cannot comment on the hostel and mess as I do not use that facility, but the canteen is fantastic. The only non-negotiable problem is with cleanliness and sanitation in washrooms, they are always dirty and continuously stink. Medical, sports and games facilities are average.
Faculty: Faculty-wise, every semester, I came across some of the best and average professors. But overall, the teaching quality is average. The course curriculum is good as it gets updated on a regular basis, and professors focus on making the students ready for future opportunities. Exams are not that tough, one can easily maintain a 7.5+ CGPA.
Other: I had to do BCA, and there are no great colleges for that so I chose this college as it was close to my home. The infrastructure should be improved, and the cleanliness of the washrooms should improve (Sanitation is a basic right of all students). Medicaps' Moonstone is one of the best annual festivals compared to all colleges in Indore. The campus crowd is not that good, students are more focused on enjoying college life, which I believe is good to a certain extent, but almost 80% students are not serious about their career. Scholarships are also provided on the basis of entrance exam merit and caste. 20+ clubs are there.

Good, but not enough for placement, other work is more than basic and interview knowledge.
Placements: 30 percent of students get placed in my field. Some fields have a 100 per ratio if you are a good student, like in pharmacy, and the electrical department have 100% placement. The highest package is 9 LPA, the lowest is 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys. 35 out of 100 students got placement in my college. 3 out of 100 students get internships by college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, there are all facilities, but sometimes they don't work. The building is big and has a beautiful ground. The canteen food is very good, the library has a big collection of books, and I think it is the biggest library compared to other colleges in Indore. There's no medical facility in college.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified, and proper studies are conducted in their everyday classes. They strictly follow the routine and attendance. It makes students industry-ready, but sometimes they teach more basic concepts, and proper guidance is missing. Exams are difficult, and some of them have a changed format, so it is tough to give exams.
Other: The batch is good, the crowd is also good, but the activity and events are fewer.

The infrastructure and the college overall are good.
Placements: Approximately 50 percent students are placed. The highest package is 13 LPA, the lowest is 2.4 LPA, and the average is around 4.5 LPA. PWC, Gamma Edge, Impetus, Yash Technology, etc., recruit. Only a few get internships, approximately 5% in Oodo. Data sciences, AI/ML, software engineer, Java developer and Python developer roles are offered. The placement rate is low.
Infrastructure: All facilities are good, also the mess, canteen, and all things are good and cheap. The college has multiple grounds to play games. Also, an event happens for cricket and kabaddi that is also very amazing. Wi-Fi and classrooms are also very good.
Faculty: Faculty members are average. They are only M.Tech passed, very few did PhD. Also, sometimes they mark you absent if they catch you talking, and 75% attendance criterion is also there, there is no relation to medical problems. For the semester, you have to attend classes to get 75%. Sometimes the course is not completed on time.
Other: One event, Moonstone, happens every year. We also have scholarship facilities and a very crowded college with approximately 30,000 students.
