The college is strict when it comes to the eligibility requirements of MBBS at Meenakshi Medical College Hospital and Research Institute. The student should have completed the Age of 17 Years on or before 31st December of the year of admission, and he/she should have passed in all the subjects of 10+2 examination from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together, and must have passed in each subject individually. Admission is made strictly on merit based on an All India Examination (NEET) as prescribed by the MCI and UGC Regulations.
