The University has disclosed the median package for UG and PG courses. Looking at the past three years' data (2020 to 2022), an improving trend was recorded in the median package of PG (2-year) courses, whereas, the median package for UG (4-year) courses has dropped from 2020 to 2022. The  Nagaland University the highest package has not been disclosed officially. However, the course-wise median package is available in the NIRF report 2023. During 2022 placements, the highest median package was INR 5 LPA and was offered to PG (2-year) students. The table below depicts the median package offered during 2022 placements: 

After comparing both universities, ICFAI University has poor placement as compared to Nagaland University. Last year only 20%  of students of ICFAI University had got placement whereas in Nagaland University the highest package was 13 lakh per annum and the average was 4.5 Lakh per annum which is quite good as compared to other colleges of Nagaland. So, go with Nagaland University in terms of placement.

The official placement report or brochure is yet to be released. As per the data fetched from NIRF report 2023, 6 UG (4-year) and 106 PG (2-year) students were placed during the 2022 placements. Further, the median package for UG (4-year) and PG (2-year) courses stood at INR 3 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively.
