Very happy and contented with my college and its environment, teachers and the hostel life.
Placements: The number of students started were 40 in the first semester and it is now the 4th and final semester and we will be graduation with one extra transfers student so we are now 41 in total. The newly admitted ones are also good in number. Many roles such as writers, professors, journalists are offered from our course. There are also different fields a student can pursue from the course the college offers in different stream.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are not bad, it is only good. We get meant and eggs at dinner and vegetables in the morning. We do not get tea but we have two main canteens and tea-shops nearby so we go grab our tea there. We have wi-fi, in the classrooms. We have labs for Science and experiments. We have a library with many collection of books for every stream and the classrooms are just fine. We have more than 15 plus hostels for both girls and boys. For any medical emergency there is our dispensary where a nurse trends to us.
Faculty: The teachers here are all top-notch, qualified ones. They not only teach but interact and make us learn quick and easy. There are assignments and activities that help the students learn about the subject paper more intensive and also extensive. The syllabus are relevant and updated under the Nagaland University. The semester exams are not very hard nor very easy, if studied smartly and hardly with reference to all the materials given by the teacher then the exams arw nor that hard. And 40 is the pass percentage. Out of 70 external marks we have to get 28.
Other: I chose this course because I want to be a professor, I like to teach. The campus is very friendly and also the environment is eco-friendly with trees surrounding the hostels and the classroom building. There are many activities held here like literature fest, film festival, cultural day and etc. It is a very fun and learning college.
