CIS means no job, freedom, and loss.
Placements: Around 30% of students are placed in the BCA course. The lowest package is Rs.15,000 per month, the average is Rs.25,000 per month, and the highest is 1 lakh per month. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Zomato, Tata, DSL, Reliance, and many more recruit BCA. Approximately 70% of students got internships from the BCA course in companies like ITC, Volvo, Amazon, Google, and SBI. The top roles are data analytics, cybersecurity, IT, robotics, and web development.
Infrastructure: The department provides Wi-Fi, but the speed is slow. The classrooms are okay, but no AC and the fans are very slow speed. The library is very bad, with no books available every time. There are no hostels provided for the BCA course, no canteen, no medical facility, and no sports or games.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful, and their behavior is rough. The teaching quality of some teachers is very bad, and it does not make students industry-ready. The exams at the Center for Innovative Studies are very difficult, with a 70% pass percentage. They do not give us a study break before exams.
Other: I chose this course because the job facilities are much higher than in other courses. However, there is less hard work involved. The syllabus could be better, and some fieldwork should be arranged. There is only one scholarship, SVCMC. The college organizes small events, but there is no campus crowd, and the campus surroundings are like a forest area.

I am very satisfied with the college.
Placements: We had many placement drives from Mahindra Tech, Decathlon and other companies. The highest package we received was 4 LPA to 5 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA to 2.5 LPA. The top recruiting company for our course was Mahindra Tech and the college provided many internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good as it was clean and hygienic. There was Wi-Fi on every floor and classrooms were good and well furnished. The labs were also good and they had a radio station. The library was helpful as there were many books available. They didn't have one so we had to stay in PG accommodations, which were available.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful. They were not like typical teachers but more like brothers. They were highly qualified, and the quality of teaching was excellent. However, I didn't think you could be industry-ready just by studying in college. Some students might be, but it depends on your efforts. The semester exams were tough, but they became easier because they had different programs before exams, like the study fair.
Other: I chose this course because I was interested in computers. The best thing about this course was that even those who didn't have any prior knowledge could study it as it started from the basics. I didn't think they needed to change anything. There were many events and the number of students was not huge so everyone was friendly. There were also many extracurricular activities.

I would not recommend joining this college.
Placements: There are around 40-45 students in our course. We are not offered any package. We didn't have any recruiting facility. Students from our course did not get any internships from this college. We don't have any placement facilities, so there are no top roles offered.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the few things I honestly like about this college. We have a ground where students can play sports. There is a basketball court, a game room, a gym, and 3 canteens. Hostels for boys are not available in our college. There is one hostel for girls. The food in the canteen is good.
Faculty: Our teachers are qualified, but not many of them are willing to teach students outside the syllabus. They just want to finish their portion and they are done with the semester, so students are not industry-ready. Semester exams are not very difficult or easy.

Our college is good. It is well placed and known college.
Placements: Roles like software engineer and data scientist are offered in our course. Students get placed in good companies like Wipro, Microsoft, etc. I suggest you need to be tentative towards the new seminar. In our course, there are almost 50 students.
Infrastructure: It is very neat and clean, so I got admitted here instead of going to Bangalore.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very friendly. We easily get their point of learning and empathise us to read more. All the teachers are graduated. Their teaching quality is good enough.
Other: Our college organises a fest, but due to this lockdown, all these are postponed. I really like to choose this course, and I would not be able to go to another course. I have not learned programming before the 8th standard, and I want to learn more about it. I want to improve my programming skills.

Our college provides all-round development of students and makes them industry-ready.
Placements: Our college provides a good environment for placements. Students who passed out from this college early don't face any problem in getting jobs. But placements provided by our college are bound to only a few courses. Placements are based on the merits of students. From the BCA stream, almost 80% of the students got placed in a renowned school in Darjeeling. Students with B.Com (H) and MA economics get placed in banking sectors. Some banks which offer placements are SBI, UCO, Axis, etc. The highest salary package amongst all courses was offered in B.Com stream, i.e., 8 LPA, which is offered by ICICI Bank. However, the lowest package offered up to 3 LPA. Overall, about 46% of the students get placements from our college.
Infrastructure: Our college has a well developed innovated infrastructure. Our college is located in a clean environment, so it has a good nature. Our college has decent rooms with all amenities possible in all courses. Classrooms are decent and equipped with the new technology of the modern era. Computing resources are easily available in our college, along with 24x7 4G Wi-Fi facility. The equipment such as laptops, cameras, printers and projectors are easily available in our college for the benefit of the college aspirants. Hostel rooms are clean and huge with fast Wi-Fi facility. Our college provides decent food to residential students. Moreover, the students are provided with good medical facilities. The campus also has two canteens.
Faculty: Professors in our college are highly qualified with years of teaching experience. They are knowledgeable with a pleasant attitude and are always willing to help students surely. In BCA, students get awesome teachers who are techy. Courses offered are very professional and makes students industry-ready in every possible aspect. In BCA, we learn to work in many software and APIs. These are in high demand in the administrative sector.
Other: I have an interest in computers and working in management, so I have chosen this course. I wish that our college should provide practical experience in this software, which would help me to improve in my field. Moreover, our college conducts many extracurricular activities throughout the year, such as sports day, techfest, debates, quiz, etc. These things provide extra experience to the students. Concerts are also conducted once a year. Our college also offers scholarships based on academic excellence.

The college with a proper blend of pleasant surrounding, socialisation and studies.
Placements: The college offers a really good environment. Placements in college are not that good. We have to get placements on our own. There are placements but for very few courses and students. A very few students get internships. However, many initiatives are taken by the college to provide internships for the students of upcoming batches.
Infrastructure: The college provides many facilities, but few classrooms have proper designing. The library is well structured. Labs are equipped with proper equipment and objects. Medical facilities are from low to average. The college initiates very few sports events with a low selection of sportsmen. Many clubs and cells are made to facilitate girls and boys. One can get into a club of their interest ranging from music to building leadership qualities.
Faculty: Teachers in the college are friendly as there are many young teachers. Majority of teachers and professors teach well. They guide students very well with their studies. Many workshops are conducted to teach students about corporate companies.
Other: A couple of fests are conducted throughout the year. Many events are conducted apart from academics. The campus surroundings are clean and neat with good sanitation practices. Many talent hunt events are conducted for the selection of talented students.
