OPJS University offers admission to UG, PG and doctoral courses either based on merit or entrance exam score. The university selects candidates for admission based on the merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam i.e. Class 12 for UG and graduation for PG courses. The university conducts an entrance exam for B.Ed, MPhil, PhD and law courses. OPJS accepts CUET score for admission to most of the UG courses.

There are different components included in the OPJS University fee structure, such as the hostel fee, tuition fee, caution deposit, and more. The application fee also has to be paid for form submission. It is a non-refundable fee component. The candidates after selection have to pay the course fee to confirm their seats.
