Oriental University Admission 2025: Courses, Eligibility, Dates & Application Process

Oriental University provides Merit based admission in its B.Ed Course. The candidate must have passed UG or PG in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for General and OBC, and 45% aggregate marks for SC and ST.

For candidates, who graduated with BTech/B.E or any other equivalent degree with Science and Maths, the minimum passing aggregate should be 55% for General and OBC and 50% for SC and ST.

The candidate need to register themselves on the online admission portal, for them to be considered for admission.

Admissions at Oriental University are based on national-level entrance examinations. Oriental University admits students to its MBA programme through multiple counselling rounds. The last date to apply for these counselling rounds varies from year to year. In 2024, the registrations for the first admission round were concluded on April 30, 2024. The university has recently concluded its fourth admission round on August 14, 2024. The fifth (last) admission round commenced on August 15, 2024. The last date to apply for the final admission round has not been released by the university yet. It will be based on the government guidelines.

For admission to BTech at Oriental University, apart from JEE rank, it is also crucial that applicant meet the prescribed eligibility criteria.
