Yes, Pandit Deendayal Energy University does reserve seats for girls. For BA/ BCom/ BBA admissions, the university has the following intake and reservation:

Course	Intake
BA (Hons)	100
BBA (Hons)	400
BCom (Hons)	100

Reservation of Seats: SC - 15%, ST - 7.5% and PH - 3%
Girls Quota: 50% of seats shall be earmarked for girls
NRI Quota: 15% seats reserved as NRI/

Pandit Deendayal Energy University generally does not offer direct admissions. Students have to clear the admission requirements. This includes appearing for entrance tests/ written exams/ interview. Check below eligibility and selection criteria for top courses:

MBA	Graduation with 50% aggregate from a recognised university	MAT/ XAT/ CAT/ NMAT/ GMAT + GDPI + Written Ability Test + Work Experience
BBA	Class 12 or equivalent from any stream	SAT India/ IPMAT/ Aptitude Test + PI
BTech	Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Vocational Subject with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for reserved category SC/ST) Physics, Chemistry and Biology is required for BTech Biotechnology	JEE Main (All India Quota-75% seats)/ GUJCET + ACPC Admission (Government Quota-25% seats)
BA (Hons)	Class 12 or equivalent from any stream	SAT or Aptitude Test + PI
MTech	BE/ BTech in relevant subjects with at least 50% aggregate	GATE + ACPC/ Merit + PI
