Yes. PES electronic city campus was located in some accessible part of Bengaluru & not more than ten KMs after crossing the infamous Silk Board then definitely it would have seen 3 figure cut off. Although the packages offered are lesser than that of MSRIT but you will have more possibility of getting a job in PESU compared to that of MSRIT. So technically, PESU will be a better choice for you.
