Yes, she can get a seat in civil or maybe biotech. You can wait for the second round as you may get a better branch.

Yes, you can get CSE with this rank in PES. Since, the number of seats have increased you may get CSE in the first rank.

Assuming this is PESSAT rank, it is not possible to get a seat with 7k rank. You can go for management quota if you wish. Best of luck.

I don't think you will be able to get any branch in PES. You can try via management quota. Best of luck.
